Mr. Huang serves as Chairman of Beiley Biofund, bringing more than three decades of leadership across Taiwan's securities, venture capital, and financial regulatory sectors. His prior roles include Chairman of Grand Fortune Securities, Chairman and General Manager of Barits Securities Corporation, Executive Vice President of Taiwan International Securities Corp., Committee Member of the Financial Supervisory Commission, Director of the Taipei Exchange (TPEx), and Auditor at the Securities and Futures Commission, Ministry of Finance. 

Mr. Huang currently also serves as Chairman of Grand Fortune Venture Management Corporation, the Corporate Operating and Sustainable Development Association, and the Mergers and Acquisitions & Private Equity Association of Taiwan (MAPECT), reflecting his sustained contributions to the development of Taiwan's capital markets and governance standards.

At Beiley, Dr. Hsu bridges innovative healthcare technologies with Asian capital markets, drawing on a career that spans drug discovery, CMC strategy, and biotechnology entrepreneurship. He has held scientific and leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb and Celgene, with research training at The Scripps Research Institute. 

His investment focus includes next-generation therapeutics and breakthrough healthcare technologies.

Dr. Hsu holds a PhD in Chemical Biology from National Tsing Hua University and Academia Sinica, and completed advanced regulatory training at Johns Hopkins University.
