寶泰生醫(7850)於5/6宣布，旗下基因療法產品PT401獲泰國朱拉隆功大學(Chulalongkorn University)動物照護及使用委員會(IACUC)核准，將啟動犬隻B1期黏液性二尖瓣疾病(myxomatous mitral valve disease, MMVD)先導型田間試驗。
寶泰生醫旗下基因療法產品PT401正式啟動雙軌臨床策略：於台灣推進「樞紐性田間試驗」，並於泰國同步展開「B1期早期介入試驗」。
泰國研發專案將聚焦疾病早期階段，評估從瓣膜退化源頭介入的可能性。 針對犬隻常見的黏液性二尖瓣疾病（MMVD），PT401 旨在打破現有長期用藥與症狀控制的局限，提供更長效的基因療法選項。
本次與泰國朱拉隆功大學獸醫學院合作，除累積臨床與真實世界資料（RWD）外，也將作為未來產品開發、法規溝通及國際授權的重要參考。 隨著寵物心臟病市場預計於 2034 年達到 77.3 億美元規模，PT401 的後續開發與授權進展，將依臨床實證與各國法規審查持續推進。
