今（21）日，麗寶集團旗下生技事業體麗寶新藥，宣布完成新臺幣8.5億元募資。
此次除了母集團麗寶集團以及原有創投股東倍利生技創投、中加投資與統一國際開發均持續跟進外，本輪募資吸引多家創投機構參與，新進股東包括台新證創投、中華開發貳生醫基金、群益創投、中信證創投與佳世達集團等。麗寶新藥表示，此次募資所得將用於推動核心產品—大分子蛋白質免疫新藥NM-IL-12的開發及全球布局，該藥物目前正準備啟動皮膚T細胞淋巴瘤（CTCL）臨床三期試驗；同時，針對瀰漫性大B細胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）的臨床二期試驗，也即將展開收案。
未來，麗寶新藥亦規劃積極佈局實體腫瘤適應症，將與多家臨床醫學中心合作展開研究者發起臨床試驗（IIT）臨床試驗，進一步擴大NM-IL-12的臨床應用版圖；此外，也預計於今（2025）年第四季登錄興櫃，主辦承銷商為台新證券。
