今(2)日，由臺灣資本市場傳奇人物、福邦證券金融集團董事長黃顯華創辦的永續型基金 ——倍利生技創業投資(Beiley Biofund，簡稱倍利創投)，於富邦國際會議中心舉辦興櫃前法人說明會，預計將於12月9日登興櫃、股票代號7882；其投資的仁新醫藥(6696)，也在今日宣告斯特格病變臨床三期達標，股價高點一度衝上502元，最終以421.5收盤價小跌作收。
倍利創投為董事長黃顯華推動、由證券轉投資成立的永續型專業生技基金，有著結合科學與金融背景的年輕經營團隊，標誌著台灣新世代生技專業創投的里程碑。
黃顯華擁有超過40年資本市場經驗，曾輔導百家企業掛牌上市、籌資及股權整併，包括鴻海、寶成及巨大等企業，同時擔任福邦證券金融集團董事長。今年11月起，黃顯華也擔任台灣併購與私募股權協會(MAPECT)理事長。
倍利創投現今資本額規模約為新台幣20.5億元，為國內唯一以推動生醫創新突破為目標的中長期創投基金，其定位為專注全球大健康產業的主動型投資ETF(指數股票型基金)， 並獲得凌陽、崇越、瑞軒等多家資通訊企業股東支持。
其投資標的以成長期為主(66%)、創建期為輔(34%)。截至今年10月底，倍利創投共持有18家投資事業，主要涵蓋精準醫療、再生醫療、長壽經濟、AI應用等四大領域。
